H2O web speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish. The language can be chosen in three places, and each one applies to something different:

Messages that come from the server — for example, the refusals on the sign-in screen — come in the language of the screen. Emails follow the profile language of the recipient, when the template of that email has the translation; without it, they come in the default language.

System rule

In another browser or computer, the web opens in Portuguese — or in the last language chosen in that browser —, even if your profile is in English or Spanish. Choose the language in the header once in each browser.

Tip

Texts typed by people (ticket title, description, site name) are not translated: they appear as they were written.
