Before you start
Manual — Getting started — web · chapter 1 of 13
H2O web is H2O in the browser. The company uses it to manage the system (users, profiles, sites, contracts, templates, reports) and to follow the operation. In the field, technicians use the H2O app — on a phone, a tablet or a Windows computer —, which has its own manual: Getting started — H2O app. The username and password are the same in both. Each company has its own address for H2O, in the form company.atg.com.br (some companies use an address on their own domain). The address tells H2O which company you belong to: the sign-in screen already opens with the company’s logo, and the username and password only work there.
- Your company’s address — ask the H2O administrator at your company.
- Username and password — the administrator creates them, in People › Users. The sign-in screen has no self sign-up, and H2O does not recover passwords by email (chapter 4).
- A phone with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator or another compatible app) — two-factor authentication is mandatory (chapter 3).
- A computer, laptop or tablet with an up-to-date browser.
An address without the company name
Section titled “An address without the company name”If you open H2O through an address that does not identify the company, the sign-in screen shows a list above the Username field to choose the company. Always prefer your company’s address: the list may not include yours.
If the address has the name of a company that does not exist in H2O, or that is inactive, sign-in answers Company not found or inactive. Check the address with the administrator.
