Legal calendar and partners
Manual — Environment · chapter 4 of 11

Figure 8. Legal obligations calendar grouped by month: RAPP 2026 and the TCFA for Q1 to Q3 Fulfilled (with the date and the proof), the PGRCC filed Fulfilled, the quarterly report to the client Overdue (red background), the Q3 DMR Expiring (15 d) and the annual inventory, the Q4 TCFA and the RAPP 2027 Pending with the days left. Each row shows type, due date, site, legal basis and responsible person.
- 1Generate the year’s RAPP/TCFA.
- 2New obligation.
- 3Status filter (All, Overdue, Expiring, Pending, Fulfilled, Waived).
- 4Edit / fulfill pencil of the obligation.
The Generate the year’s RAPP/TCFA button asks for the year and creates the recurring obligations of the entity (no site): the RAPP due on March 31 and the four TCFA payments (March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31). It does not create duplicates: anything that already exists with the same title is skipped. For an obligation of a specific site, or for the others (DMR, waste inventory, report to the agency, periodic monitoring, renewal), use New obligation: type, site (empty = entity), title, legal basis (suggested according to the type), due date and frequency.
To fulfill it, click the pencil (Edit / fulfill), change the Status to Fulfilled, enter Fulfilled on and attach the Proof (filing/receipt) or write it in Proof / note — without one of the two the system does not accept it. A monthly, quarterly, semiannual or annual obligation that is fulfilled creates the next one automatically (the RAPP created by the button is annual; the TCFA payments are one-time).

Figure 9. Environmental partners: laboratory, receivers/disposal facilities and waste carriers, with CNPJ, license, agency, expiry date and accepted waste. The status is Active, Expiring (within 30 days — Green Valley CDW Recycling, 20 d), Expired (QuickSkip Container Hire, which becomes a pending issue of the module, shows as “(license expired)” when choosing the partner and as a warning in the inventory and shipments) or No expiry date.
- 1New partner.
- 2License Expiring (20 d).
- 3Expired license.
